leave your phone number.
How much will my reservaton cost?
Using our fees web page you can calculate
the total cost of your rental. Please remember that you will need to
include time for setup and cleanup in your total reservation time.
For the exact cost of your rental (and to make a reservation) you will
need to call our Reservation Coordinator at 831-335-5621.
Can my group get the non-profit rate?
If your group is incorporated as a non-profit organization in the
state of California, and/or is designated as a 501-c-3 or 501-c-4
organization for tax purposes, you should qualify for the non-profit
rental rate. Other charitable and youth organizations may also
qualify for this rate even if they have not been formally incorporated
as a non-profit. You will need to contact our reservation coordinator
for more information in this case.
Can I cancel my reservation after I make it?
Yes, you can cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to the event and
receive a partial refund of your rental fee. A 10 % service fee will
be charged for any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to the
event.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol can be served inside the Community Hall building, if
arrangements for this service have been approved by the Reservation
Coordinator prior to your event . You will need to complete and
sign additional forms available from the Reservation Coordinator. If
you plan to sell alcohol, you will need to provide a copy of your ABC
license. Without prior approval, alcohol is not permitted on Felton
Community Hall grounds.
How many people does your facility hold?
The maximum occupancy of our auditorium is 289 people. This is the
standing occupancy (without any tables and chairs in the room). The
seated capacity of the room is about 180 people. With tables and
chairs, the occupancy is about 140 people. Our meeting room has a
capacity of about 68 people.
Do you provide stage lighting and sound?
Please check with the reservations coordinator for the current status
of our stage lighting and sound system.
How many tables and chairs do you have?

Chair and table rental is included in your rental price.
What color are your tables and chairs?
All of our tables have grey plastic laminated tops. They are all 30
inches by 6ft. The auditorium folding chairs are tan with some color
accents on the padded seats and backs. The stacking meeting room
chairs have blue padded seats and backs. For more information please

Do you have kitchen facilities?
Yes, our kitchen is available for rental if you are also renting
another room in the facility. Please see our rental fees page for the rental rate.
Can I rent your kitchen for preparation of food for an off-site event?
Our kitchen can only be used for preparation of food to be consumed at
the Felton Community Hall. Unfortunately, we can not rent out our
kitchen separately for commercial food preparation.
Do you have pans and utensils in the kitchen?
In the past we have provided a set of cooking pans and utensils for
our renters to use, but we have found that these have disappeared over
time. We now have very few items left, so please plan on bringing
with you all pans, dishes, glasses and utensils you will need.
How large is your stove and refrigerator?
We have a 6 burner gas stove with a 24 inch wide griddle and 2 full
size ovens. We have a large capacity (approximately 50 cu. ft.) 2
door commercial style refrigerator. Please look at our room and rental information page for more
detailed information.
Do you have a microwave oven and a coffee maker?
Yes, we have a large microwave oven in the kitchen. We also have a
large (20 to 60 cup) coffee urn and a smaller (12 cup) coffee maker
available for use in the kitchen. Please plan to bring coffee
grounds, cups, and any other items you will need for coffee
service.
